Booking and Payment

All bookings require a deposit and are subject to our cancellation policy. Full payment is due according to the terms specified in your booking confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before travel date are eligible for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-30 days before travel are subject to a 50% penalty. Cancellations made less than 15 days before travel forfeit all payments.

Limitation of Liability

Gold Standard Roads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
